Free delivery on all orders above AED 150 across the UAE. Orders below AED 150 incur a flat delivery fee of AED 15. The fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. No hidden charges and no additional fee for choosing cash on delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Emirates Vapor accepts cash on delivery (COD) on every order across all 7 UAE Emirates. Pay the driver when your order arrives at your door. No prepayment, no card, no online banking required. COD is available for orders up to AED 1,000. For orders above AED 1,000, advance card payment is required — contact us to arrange.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a WhatsApp notification from our team with:

• Confirmation your order has been collected by the courier
• Estimated delivery window
• Courier contact number for direct coordination

For Dubai same-day orders, you typically receive your first update within 30 minutes of placing the order. Our team is available on WhatsApp at +971 566 242 201 from 9 AM to 11 PM for any delivery queries.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable when the courier arrives, they will contact you via WhatsApp or phone. We do not leave parcels unattended. For COD orders, the parcel must be handed directly to you or an authorised person at your address. If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the order is held for 24 hours before being returned. Returned COD orders can be re-dispatched the next day at no additional charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Do not discard the packaging or product — photos of the original condition are required for replacement claims. Can I choose a specific delivery time?

For Dubai same-day orders, delivery is scheduled by our dispatch team and cannot be pinned to an exact time. You will receive a 30–60 minute ETA once your order is collected. For next-day orders to other Emirates, you can request a morning (9 AM–1 PM) or afternoon (1 PM–8 PM) window via WhatsApp when placing your order.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. Emirates Vapor delivers 7 days a week including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and all UAE public holidays. Delivery times may be slightly extended on major holidays (Eid, National Day) due to high demand — order early to ensure same-day service.

Can I have my order delivered to a hotel or apartment reception?

Yes. We deliver to hotels, residential towers, apartments, and commercial addresses across the UAE. Specify your building name, apartment number, and any access instructions in the delivery notes at checkout, or message us directly via WhatsApp after placing your order.

What if the address I entered is wrong?

Contact us via WhatsApp at +971566242201 immediately after placing the order. We can update the delivery address before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes may incur an additional AED 10–20 re-routing fee depending on the distance.
